Refund Policy

Inside Kuwait

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and exchange policy within Kuwait is as follows:

  1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
    • Refunds are not available for sale items, but exchanges can be processed.
  2. Process:

    • Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return/exchange.
    • A free pick-up service is available within Kuwait for returns or exchanges.
  3. Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
    • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

 


 

Outside Kuwait

For international orders, we aim to provide a seamless experience. The policy is as follows:

  1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:

    • Items must be returned within 21 days of receiving the order.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
    • Sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged.
  2. Process:

    • Customers must arrange return shipping at their own expense.
    • Contact our customer service team to provide details and receive a return authorization.
  3. Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after receiving and inspecting the items. This may take 10-14 business days.
    • Shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable.
  4. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are processed as a separate order. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be issued to place a new order.

 


 

Additional Terms

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Items damaged due to improper use or laundering are not eligible for returns.
