We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and exchange policy within Kuwait is as follows:

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Refunds are not available for sale items, but exchanges can be processed.

- Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return/exchange.
- A free pick-up service is available within Kuwait for returns or exchanges.

Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Outside Kuwait
For international orders, we aim to provide a seamless experience. The policy is as follows:

- Items must be returned within 21 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged.

- Customers must arrange return shipping at their own expense.
- Contact our customer service team to provide details and receive a return authorization.

Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after receiving and inspecting the items. This may take 10-14 business days.
- Shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
- Exchanges are processed as a separate order. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be issued to place a new order.
Additional Terms
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Items damaged due to improper use or laundering are not eligible for returns.
